There would be no issue if all the changes were declared, a sensible insurer would look for brake upgrades before offering cover though:

I have actually been to see this motor. It was on the bay about 3 years ago. It is a rapid little thing but I will warn you now the little bugger just wont stop. Its bloody terrifying.

I meant more along the lines of this having not being declared!! He answers a question of insurance by saying nothing has changed on the V5 as CC is similar I take that as not having been declared. Yes I agree this is a clear case of declaring mods to an insurance co. as this little car will get smashed if kept on skinnies and drums
