Corner one should slide out towards the front of the valance.
The bottom one on the valance has 2 plastic pins you push out.
The top is the same.

If you Got "Haters",Then your doing something Right!

wheres the bolt in relation to the picture, in the picture there are two rivet things attaching the bracket to the valance and a hole, the hole is where what looks a plastic rivet thing goes through and attches to the metal of the car, this is the bit that need to come out right?

Yes, that's it, undo that and the bottom of the valance should come away.

If they are plastic rivets, they ALL hava a plastic pin inside you push out either way.
It's been awhile since I did one, and the cab isn't here for me to look at.

Has the plastic rivet got a solid plastic centre..? if it has, push the centre all the way through, you should then be able to prise the rivet out.

They are plastic rivets which you will have to ruin to remove be it by grinding ,drilling or general abuse. You can buy plastic pop rivets to replace them with or if you don't have a riveting tool to suit I seem to remember the clips that fasten the spoiler to the valence will work.
