Does it leak from the Join to the metal pipes running out of the bulkhead like in the pic?

Hey guys, Seen a couple of mixed threads about the heater matrix and it's common leak.
Does it leak from the Join to the metal pipes running out of the bulkhead like in the pic?

The common leak is from the valve housing, the yellow zinc/grey plastic at the top of your pic, ive only ever had one that leaked from the O rings in your circle.

no i haven't only on the strength that i don't want it to balls up my engine :/
