I was recently driven into whilst stationary by a coach driver who reversed into me I have witnesses to back up my version of the events and photos showing the paint from his coach on my car but his insurers are refusing to pay up and denying the incident. has anyone got any advice as to how i should proceed without losing my NCB? Thanks in advance.

It sounds like you need to involve either an accident management company or involve your own insurer, the latter will effect NCB if you put a claim in for any damage but if it is proven to be non--fault, NCB will be re-instated. Also, be aware, some insurer will load for non-fault claims.

If you email me at work tomorrow, I can get the ball rolling and hopefully get this sorted for you.
If you're able to include within the email your own details, details of the date, time, location of the incident, details of the other party such as name of driver, vehicle reg, company name, details of witnesses and any pics of the damage and any taken at the scene, that should get things rolling.
Get an estimate for the work needed to the car.

I strongly advise you to follow Beemerlad's advice to the letter! This is what he does for a living, and many zoners on here have had far more happy outcomes from these kind of things by doing just this.
