Insurance for cars not driven

Are there any policies for cars kept off the road and not driven. Just thinking if there is a cheaper way to insure since they passed that law that all cars must now be insured.

The law says that all taxed cars have to be insured. No insurance needed on SORNed cars.
Why would you not want to surrender any remaining tax, and get a refund?
