Hi everyone

I am about to fit a new set of 17s on my car, but I was thinking I should lower the suspension a little before I do as i think it wont look right as it is. My concern is that apparently the rear wheels cannot be adjusted. So this means I will have more positive camber as a result of lowering the suspension which is fine if i wanted to make it a racer but this is a street car that I use everyday for work.

Is there any possibility of adjusting the rear wheels?

Thanks

Negative camber not positive, if your puting 17s on you wont be able to lower it much so you wont notice too much camber. Its just a natural thing with e30s that the lower they go the back will camber a bit, you can buy adjustment plates but theyr about 400 bucks

Negative, sorry. Thanks for your advice.

DanThe. That kit sounds great, however I don't have the time and the resources to do such a thing. It's something I will do in the future.

Is there something else I could easily do myself. I am only lowering the car a little, just enough so that the gap between the wheel and arch is equal all the way round.

Thanks

hello mate, Im running 17s with a 60mm drop all round.
there is definitely visible camber at the rear. If your looking for a smart drop i would go for a 60front and 40rear drop as it will leave an even arch gap all round.

Buy a good brand spring set up. Second hand ones can be picked up for great prices. eBay budget is exactly that... Budget.
