I tend to use DHL, mainly because I drive past their depot most days it's so convenient.
Not the cheapest but never had any problems.

Tried one from Parcel Monkey once - can't remeber the name of the actual courier, but they picked up a day late then managed to lose the parcel.
Schadenfreude - the German's haven't got a word for that.

DHL is expensive, but they've never, ever lost anything for me.

I sent an E34 cluster to Thailand on Monday via Parcel Monkey. They quoted 4-5 days and it was there in 3. Cost £32 with £100 compo - those robbing bastards at Royal Fail wanted over £60.

And PArcelmonkey, they're a bunch on monkeys.
Tried charging me extra for delivery after I had paid via ceditcard (Good job too).
They then proceeded to debit my card with the extra. :x
After emailing them, they basically said they were within their rights to do so, and then ignored all other emails.
So got onto the creditcard company and asked for a charge back :D
and never heard fo o k all after that from them.
