A neighbour of mine had been pestering me about taking a few arty shots of the cabby as he's a bit of a petrol head and has an interest in photography.

Some of them turned out pretty good. Way better than any iphone effort I have taken before.

I like the way he's made it look like your windscreen needs a wash in the 4th pic down... :D Very nice shots.

The whole car needs a bloody good clean, this was the first time it left the garage in the last 6 weeks. Lots of pet spiders living in the mirrors.

Easy way is with one of those suction arms and cable release (long exposure) whilst the car is pushed slowly...
or
get lucky and match your walking pace (or grab hold on a skateboard) with the car whilst it is being pushed slowly and try to hold steady whilst you take a long exposure (bit tricky).

Skateboard method works better if the car is being driven slowly and you hold on with one hand and have camera on monopod (must be a super-smooth surface though).
I'd recomend the suction arm though- much easier!!!

Fondmetal 15x7 basket weaves, cheapish wheels but getting hard to find a set in 4x100.
Very nice photography

Roof down, neighbour hanging out the side of the car with the camera on some sort of extension bar. He explained something about exposure, I swtiched off at that point as I thought I might get bummed
