The trouble is that they're all automatic, so there's no real way of testing them. My touring has the heated package and I've no idea what works and what doesn't - I doubt any of it does by now.

As for the others, use the Wiring Diagrams. Cxxx represents a connector, Gxxx is a ground, Sxxx is a splice/joint in the loom.

2. Turn on engine

3. Look at washer jets.

If the frost melts then they work, if it doesn't they do not.

Easiest way to check if they are working is to pull out the relevant fuse, turn on the ignition, and connect an ammeter across the fuse socket.

heated washer jets get their power by tapping into the washer pump feed, so Fuse 5. Door lock heating is Fuse 27. Heated seats have a plug on the accessory socket:
