Right then, who can show me how to get drifting and where does it happen? Are there official venues or is it a sport that happens ad hoc?

Nice idea in theory but I always find that 90% of car parks are strewn with curbs, speedbumps, lamposts, flowerbeds shopping trolleys etc....... :cry:

your local industrial estate is bound to have at least one ideal for the purpose and are usually on the outskirts of town which means they are dead quiet at night winkeye

One place not to try it is at traffic lights when on the to work at 5:30am, like I did this morning :drive: I got a little enthusiastic and ended up facing the direction I came from :oops:

u need lots of spare tyres and approx Ԛ£60 and u can get some of the top D1 drivers to help u out

The drift day at Oulton park has been moved to tommorrow. See :http//driftworks.com Tommorrow being Saturday the 10th. I'm sure its not 5 a.m. Saturday yet.

They always seem to have really rough tarmac though, strewn with potentially wishbone shattering potholes.... The search will go on...
