Cannot believe only 18k miles the owner probably did not like driving or if the owner did like driving must have been well hard to stop himself!!

They are out there!

I'm not so sure - it looks clean enough to be a very low mile car. The history/MOTs would need to be there though..

That's a lovely car, and well worth £5000. There is also a red 325i Coupe with 8000 miles up for £8000 or so. You cannot replicate a perfect original unmolested low mileage car. As ever there are the usual clowns on various forums saying how it's not worth the money etc etc when their cars are 130'000 mile welded up shitheaps worth about £3.00 and a Mars Bar.

At Munich Legends they had a 7000 mile E46 M3 Convertible 2004 .... I know not as old but these really low mileage cars must be so hard for the owners to avoid driving them unless they have a 'spare' one

Why?... It would be nice but what you are effectively asking for is a car thats been serviced by BMW every 12 months since it was built 16 years ago...with 18k on the clock that traslates to being serviced every 1125 miles..... Abit excessive dont you think?

It's a big ask for a car as old as that, with milaege as low as that to have a correct and full main dealer service history.... I doubt its been serviced every 12 months period.

If one was after something like this, a FBMWSH should not be a deal breaker in my opinion....

That looks a nice clean example, but not the highest spec though (no ac) and with that sort of low milage i wonder how it fairs as far as nicasal bore ware goes. Its obviously not been in regular use,a lot of the 328,s had the blocks changed by the dealers when the problems arose but would this car have been used enough to show a problem! It could be a good case in favour of the engine being sweet or not ??

Gettiong loads of history on a car with that low miles is difficult. I have a 1983 Celica Supra with 1 owner from new and 34k miles. The last stamp was in 2007. I checked previous mots on VOSA website which date back 5/6 years and found that it was being driven 7-800 miles every week.
