I'm ordering rear trailing arm bushes from cotswold and unsure to get standard bushes or offset ones. My car is lowered all around 60-70mm or so and if I recall the offset front bushes for the front are better for lowered cars and was wondering if it was the same for the rear?

I don't think you can buy offset bushes for the rear?
You can modify the axle to make it adjustable

Offset OE bushes are available for the rear; they're to correct camber and toe and can definitely help you. They must, however, be professionally installed if they are to do any good.
Firstly the alignment must be properly measured so you know your starting point, then there is a table you must use to choose the offset bush orientation that will give the best correction. They also can't be adjusted after fitting, so if you change your ride height your alignment will be off again.
On the front, the offset bushes (OE M3 fitment) will increase castor, giving more dynamic camber and stronger self-centering steering. Because they're solid rubber unlike the standard void bush, they should make the steering feel more accurate, too.
