ABS Question

[turkeysneck]

Does anyone know if the ABS system fitted to various models the same across all cars or were different systems fitted.

Same system was fitted across all E30 models, but with a change in the power feed and associated switching arrangements occurring somewhere around '88-'89. This change eliminated the silver cased over voltage protection relay, fitted a few inches away from the ABS ECU.

Thanks.
