I've got to remove the head from my M20B20 next weekend and was wondering if anyone has or could point me in the right direction to the data for the head tightening sequence and tourque settings. Any info would be much appriciated. Also, do the head bolts need replacing?

^^^^^^^^^^^^^what it says in the wiki & YES you do need to replace the head bolts as they are stretch types.

If, by any chance, your existing head bolts have hex. heads, they are not stretch bolts, but should have been replaced with torx headed stretch bolts many years ago.

Note that this is the tightening sequence. For removing the head, start at 14 and work backwards.
