New ones appear to be eccentric, old ones appear not to be.
Anyone know if they have a proper way round to be fitted or can I use this as a change to dial out/in some camber and toe?

You can get new non-eccentric ones too. Afaik the eccentrics have a right way and a wrong way to go in.

Eccentrics are supplied to correct the suspension geometry on cars where the arm has been bent slightly out of spec. The existing geometry has to be measured and recorded before disassembly, and then the paperwork that comes with the eccentrics consulted to calculate the correct orientation for them to be fitted.
As you may or may not be aware, there is a relatively simple mod. that can be made to an E30 subframe, involving some simple welding, that gives fully adjustable camber and toe at the turn of the appropriate bolt.

Bugger. Just realised I ordered eccentric ones rather than normal ones.
I guess this mod involves welding new brackets in with slotted holes?

Welding brackets with slotted holes to the existing ones, and using bolts with eccentric washers fitted from a 5 series.capnmchl wrote: I guess this mod involves welding new brackets in with slotted holes?
