So many things could be causing the problem, first port of call would eb to check your tyres and get them balanced.

as Simon said (no pun intended)

If you are running 17" Alpina Replicas, i would look at getting some new spigott rings. Also check track rod ends.

Is the vibration coming just through the steering wheel or is it felt through the floor & seat?

thanks for the responses guys! firstly it feels mostly like the judder is coming through the steering wheel. and the front tyres are only about a month old and were balanced when i got them, do i need to get all four balanced again?
secondly im running 15 inch bbs cross spokes with 205 55 15(nankang) tyres.
someone suggested it could be tracking?

thanks in advance.

think i would first of all make a trip back to the tyre fitters who supplied you with the new boots and tell them it has had wheel wobble since they put the new tyres on and "balanced" them. They should balance them again for free if they are a decent outfit. After that I would look at the track rod ends, they are Ԛ£11 each I think. but you will then need the tracking doing afterwards.
