I've already installed heated door locks and mirrors.

So feel it would be a shame not to make it a trio.

Is it a big job to install heated seat elements to houndstooth sport seats?

I can't see anything in the wiki?

It's not a difficult job but it is very time-consuming and fiddly. I've done it a few times and wouldn't want to do it again.

The article is in my to-do list, but since you have to rebuild the seat bases to fit the elements, you'll want to read this:

And the Heated Trio is locks, mirrors and washer jets, not seats

I meant trio in its literal sense of making a 3rd part heated.

I haven't really considered fitting heated washer jets :?

That is alot of fiddly work!!

The worst part is removing/refitting the hog rings and staples that keep the cloth attached to the foam and the foam attached to the seat

It all looks like a massive pain in the arse!

I'm surprised the zone vultures haven't tried to sell me anything yet :squint:

its not too bad, i replaced the elements in a cabby seat, you need to be careful not to rip the foam, but all in all fairly simple, leave about 2 days to do both.

The car is a garage queen so time isn't a massive issue.
Slowly chipping away at my to-do-list.

I will need to find a heated seat set first. Which could take a while. :(
