hi zoners, can anyone help? basically my central locking has stopped working. it used to open on the remote control but one day when i pushed the button the alrm disamrmed and the lights flashed but i didnt actually unlcok the car! now when i open on the key it doesnt open the other door or the boot, also doesnt work the central when i try the key in the boot or passenger side, very confused!

any help most welcome and appriciated!

Two things to look at, the central locking module hidden behind the speaker in the drivers footwell, & the connetion from door pillar to door on the drivers side.
Pete don't care about colour, He would shag a rainbow if he could find the end of it....

its probably this resistor at fault...

hi again, checked the resistor, it looks fine! could it be the whole relay thats faulty or more likely something else?

Here goes again! Remove the drivers footwell speaker and find two red/black wires going to two seperate pins of the drivers door socket. Cut both of these away from the socket and join them together properly.
