Picked up a replacement rear seat last weekend from Assasin(cheers Pete) to match the front Sport seats I fitted ages ago.Only a minor detail but at least it makes the interior complete now.
The gearknob and gaitor were both worn and tatty so picked up a retrimmed One piece one from Stefanangel.Tidys the inside up no end.

Still puts a smile on my face does this car.
I was in the garage getting petrol today and some random old guy, easilly in his late 70`s was all over it
Started writing out an advert for it to put it up for sale which will probaably be in the next couple of weeks, just got to realign the exhaust as its constantly rattling on the rear valance since taking it off to fit the rear beam.

Not done much with the car lately.
Keep saying im selling it but one thing or another crops up and another month has gone by.
Ive took the Brock wheels off now and its back on the originl BBS`s.
Raised the rear springs up a touch so its sits nice too.
Removed the tint from the headlights too and am going to refit the amber front/sides when I dig them out.
Did a service on it a couple of weeks ago and didnt I leave the bloody filler cap off spitting drops of oil all over the place
Got an 13 button OBC kit which im going to fit at somepoint too which will look good on the spec list when I do finally advertise it.

Id be so tempted to keep it, Very late Touring in a rare colour with an M52 to boot is a fine chariot.
If you can afford to keep it the value is only going to go one way.

Thought id update this as its been a while.
To be honest ive neglected it somewhat recently and its starting to show.
All ive really done to it in months is fit a remote locking kit as I couldnt be arsed to strip the worn doorlock out and fiddle with it and gave it a small service couple of months ago.
Ive decided to draw up a list of things that need catching up on and make a start on bringing it back upto standard.
Bonus is none of these jobs really need money thrown at them just TLC.
To do....
Sort out whistling noise from engine(sounds like fake dump valve)
Inlet stripped and checked for leaks to no avail, now suspect noisy alternator bearing.
Remove,refit and realign blowing/knocking exhaust.
Solder in new backlight bulbs into OBC unit.
Fix worn drivers door lock.
Polish the bodywork atleast at its looking really dull lately.
Do something with the BBS currently on it wether it be tidy them up or replace with other wheels.Got 16" Azev A that I might put on yet.
Sort out the n/s main beam unit as its misted up and looks pikey.
Replace front bumper trim after it got ripped on while driving through a flood
Sort out notchy 3rd/5th gear.
All in all it looks and sounds a bit depressing of late and is a bit of an embarassment to drive around in lol so its definately overdue
Pic in its current state(albeit bit dirtier now)

My car got nudged into recently by a rental car.
Only dented the front wing which wasnt in the best shape to start with anyway.
Within a week of it happening I got a decent cash offer from the insurance company.
As it was a cash in lieu offer no Catagory marker was put on the car!
Anywayt I picked up a mint OEM wing in Zinnober and had it painted in the Correct Mugello Red.
Finally got round to fitting it today.Been dreading offering it up to the car but am pleasantly surprised at the paint match.
The car hasnt been polished for months and I think this will make all the difference blending it in.
Ive booked it in for next week to have it mopped so will post some better pics then.
Till then its better than a huge dent

How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.

Tony can vouch that the photos looked like that in the camera
For the cost of the gear I was using I would hope that they're better than a phone
Want me to email the high res ones over Tony?

Took some pics on my phone a few weeks ago after giving the car a much needed clean up.
It was starting to go a bit dull so I bought some Autosmart A1 fine rubbing compound and some Poorboys polish.
Did buy it with the intention of using a machine polisher on it but ended up doing it by hand.
Its not perfect by any means and ill probably do it again soon but it has made a big difference to what it was although it was never really too bad anyway.

HI eko
sorry to hear about the health issue, I started with a gallstone issue in November so I know how dibillitating and restrictive it is when your not firing on all cylinders.
Sincerely hope you get what your looking for with the touring and good luck with everything else mate.
