How to remove the dog guard/ parcel shelf on a e30 touring?

Hi peeps ur help wud be much appreciated having trouble figuring out how to remove the dog guard on my touring as u can't get directly to the screws. Cheers

push it down towards boot floor and twist the top towards you and lift up, be carefull not to break the lugs at either end as it will be a pain keeping it in place in the future. Hth
