M52 chip swap or remap ECU

never been to a dyno centre before, do they just remap the whole ECU or just change the chips ?

just get danthe to do it.!
bet he would be cheaper and i had mine done... transformed the car especially after 4500. 7k rev limit makes things very interesting indeed. well worth the money imo

by the way if this is m52 you are enquiring about the ecu has to be mapped. m50's have the interchangable eproms

yeah mate its a m52 thought the chips could of been swapped. plus got the M50 manifold and all that jazz

m42 box, z3 shifter, lightened m20 flywheel + sachs clutch, 3.64 lsd

3.25 lsd with e36 box. just to used to it now and want more lol

will hit 70 in 2nd, she does 120 in 4th.! havent topended it yet but on my way back from seing danthe last week i pushed a new focus st with trade plates up to 145 on the m5 and had to back off or id have hit him
i was 3 up and he was alone so i was happily impressed with that performance

60 in 2nd for me but fook doing over 130 in a E30 lol 0-60 is about 5-6 sec and im on 15" bbs

umm yeah, 145 felt quick enough
. i was more than happy to give him a flash flash of the headlights and back out knowing he knew he was beaten hollow

Not yet but with the free flow I'm confident of 230... The st is 240 and she dealt with him hard.!

I'm sure paul cooks M52 made 230 without the remap and not freeflow exhaust.....

i think i just need more air into it 40-70 is quick say about 3 secs in 3rd. just know something is missing like a remap with the m50 manifold

did a ford ST today myself on a A road i was off, had to slow down to let him keep up. LOVED IT
