The coolant warning light on the check panel of my 325 came on recently, so I duly topped her up and thought no more about it. However, driving to work this morning, it came on again. Kept an eye on the temperature guage and all was fine, so what's the problem? Sticky/faulty sensor?

iv had the same problem after fixing a thermostat problem and iv since found a very slight leak from somewhere behind the viscous fan so i think its either the water pump or the pipe which moves water across the front of the block worth a good look around that area
or check your carpet is it damp in the foot wells
