Little problem i cant figure out.

If i leave my e30 locked up over night all windows closed sunroof closed the next day it stinks if petrol inside ,if i leave sunroof open it seems to keep the fresh air in obviously ..

Now i cant find any leaks in lines at all but one thing that is wron is the inner arch on o/s/r needs repairing but i cant see that having any effect :/ ?

While typing this ive just thought maybe the fuel pump ? Could this be possible ,ill be having a look tomorrow . Any suggestions apart from scrap it are welcome lol

You need to pull the back seat up and have a whiff near the fuel pump areas, the O rings perish, easy fix.

Also i found that perished fuel hoses under the bonnet also let fuel smells in through the vents below the wind shield, when the car is running of course.
