diff wise a meduim case 3.91 is probably your best option, small case 4.1's are rare and a bit weak.. If you change the gearbox for the e36 type (do the M20 flywheel mod while you're at it) the ratios will suit the other end of the diff range ie 3.15, 3.25 etc..
