Black 1989 325i se saloon - new daily driver & my first

Just bought a Black 1989 325 se saloon. I bought it from a retired Doctor who's had it forever. Full service history. £350.
It's my first 6pot and it feels good!


I've given it a new fan and a full new exhaust. I serviced the brakes and put the steelies on until I can swap the tyres over.
MOT tomorrow...wish me luck.

In the boot I also found a proper ipod connector box for the sony stereo. I wired that in and it all works and I can control my iphone throught the stereo. Happy days!
Not much rust either, only real issue is rear battery tray, but that's it.
Front valance and fog light is fooked from a knock to the drivers side, but I've just bought one from the for sale section.
other issues are a stuck on brake lining light, but brakes are fairly new, so it must need a new sensor at either the front or back? plus an ignition reset.
Also speedo is not working but I will check the sensor and loom soon

Nice buy. A chip would liven it up a bit, as they tend to be a bit flat at the bottom end with the standard program...
