Looks like i caused quite a stir last time i posted about my lil accident in my 316i!

I would like to thank member 320 touring for sticking up 4 me and having an open mind to my reasons for giving up my BMW for a NOVA SR!

U all are taking the piss out of me for going from a 316i lux to a nova SR

Well heres the reason im a apprentice Plasterer and dont have the money to fix her up so i just scrapped enough money together to get some kind of transport for myself!

It happened to be the nova No chaving up mods! No Peco exhausts lol i loved my 316i i really did but theres nothin i can do! and needs must and i thought this being a more mature BMW community you'd feel sorry for me!

U know who the real chav's are? all u for ganging up on me! cos thats what all bullying chavs do best!

Thats fair enough but you did go on about a Nova stomping over a 325i, thats the reason more people felt the need to reply, anyway good luck with the Nova, you'll miss E30 ownership like hell.

Good point, well made MrBlonde. There often seems to be a very weird pack mentality on this forum, and a lot of childish slagging of people. Good luck mate, maybe u could get another E30 when funds are not so tight..... :D

yeah i read this post. i dont like nova's but it's better than a kick in the balls. sorry for your loss may she rest in peace. but imo it shouldn't cost to much to rebuild the e30 wings on gsf are only Ԛ£25 and a valence are not that expensive if your anywhere near cardiff i got a spare one u can have for free as long as u remove it. i also got a 316i engine the head gasket has gone. but if u want it and gearbox i will let it go cheap. good luck anyway

Craig it wasnt actually Mrblonde that said a nova sr would piss over a 325i
it was in fact iil325i

Mrblonde I dont think the rest of that post was aimed at you
I think it was aimed at iil325i for ridiculous remarks like

"im selling my E30 becauae of gimps that think that the E30 is best standard"

"iv got a nova sr now and it will prob beat most 325i's around the track"

all you stated was that you had now got a nova sr
which to be honest is your choice and nobody has any right to say otherwise.

good luck with it mate
hopefully you will return to E30 ownership and with a bit of luck it will be better next time round

I'd just like to add that i had a Nova SR many years ago - nice little motor and it surprised a few people on the motorways.

Good luck!

for the parts you mention you could have it back on the road for Ԛ£30 wether it's the right colour is a different matter but I would rather drive a multicoloured e30 than a nova.

no offence towards you mate, if needs are that bad gutted for ya and hope ya end up an e30 owner again!
Bollocks to this 24v scrap!
