Does anyone know how long of a belt I need if I remove the PAS pump?

it's extra weight and it does drag on the engine a bit.
I'm just curious is someone can save me the hassle of the string lol.

Out of interest, are you running an electric PS pump now, or just manual rack? I'm interested in doing this also...

That's a new one on me and I've run a few PAS delete cars, are you sure? On my E30 I was running an M30 without the pump, without the lines and had a "manual" E36 rack.Kos wrote:MOT failure running a PAS rack in 'manual' form

Kos is correct.
Though my car ,like rob0r, has been through an MOT without the PAS
belt connected and passed. Now I just put the belt on before a test and remove
it after. Belt is kept in the boot in it's original packaging.
