I've just made a start on fitting new suspension arms, balljoints and the Powerflex bushes.

On the box and the purple bush it says right hand but the moulding is shaped to fit the left hand suspension arm.
#Did Powerflex look at the front of the car when labelling them left and right?

the control arm ones are the very easy ones, its the rear beam thats fun and games- 3 arm puller and lots of heat is the key.

Just done all mine, but had the luxury of having the hole lot off the car ie no running gear

If you're balljoints are worn it is easier to do the lot in one go rather than trying to remove the rubber bush and housing by itself.

I used new lower arms with balljoints already fitted. (About Ԛ£35 a side).
The rubber bush housing that bolts to the chassis can be put in a vice and the old arm twisted to tear the rubber leaving the bush in the housing.

Using a hacksaw, cut through the bush casing just enough to release the bush from the housing then tap out the old bush. This method is easier than using a press. A press or strong vice will be needed to fit the new poly one though.

Difference is amazing with these bushes !!
I changed arms with new ball joints too .... used a stanley knife to cut out the old bushes and then used a trick from Sal to fit the new bush in the lollipop .... place lollipop and bush on a bit of wood and then use a trolley jack and the bottom of the car to press it into place.
