That is a CSL airbox. Put it on the bay, if it is undamaged it should make good money from someone with a fooked one.

its a genuine part with bmw numbers on it.

it has the bdmc intake trunking/air feed that comes from the grill area,the box and filter but sadly not the side part that closes the filter in.
