My car has recently started letting out a rather loud 'ooooohhh' when going from lock to lock in a parking situation..
I checked the steering fluid which seems fine.. Anyone know what the cause is?

Have a grope of the rack gaiters,they should not be full of fluid,if they are,then a rack seal has failed and a s/h rack is perhaps your best option.
