I'm about to fit my new anti roll bars to the sport.
Am I right in thinking that its best to have the arse end on the softer setting to help with traction?
Again is the softer setting the holes that increase the length of the bar?
What the rest of you running at.

I have h&r roll bars and they are fatter on the front than the rear. so there will be more roll on the back anyway. i reckon you just wanna put both on the stiffist setting (if stiffist is a real word). that's what i done. worked a treat.
nearly didn't bother lowering it and after i sort of wish i didn't lower it. it caused lots of issues but does look nice.
