316 Baur or 325 baur
Moderator: martauto
Been about a month since i got my 316 Baur back on the road got it mot'd but think it will cost in the region of 2k to do bodywork and bits and pieces, now i've been offered a black 325i baur 1989 with m-tech kit MK1 for decent money, come stuck now what shall i do, bodywork on 325 is clean
"clean" isn't good enough nak, check bodywork THOROUGHLY, before you end up with a-pig-in-a-poke.
also, consider fuel costs, insurance, etc

the M10 is a descent reliable lump, my first E30 was a 316 M10 and it was a lovely drive. I only have my E30 on the road for abour 6 months of the year (cabby) due to the crap weather but a 6 pot is a thirsty beast.
..why not get both...then you have the best of both worlds!
