Touring Boot lock

Hi chaps,
I recently changed the locks on my touring, but the boot now only opens with the use of the key?!
Have I activated a switch or something that I dont know about which prevents the noot being opened without the key?

has got me stumped!

No switches. Have you plugged the lock motor in?
