hello, may be this problem has written in this forum before.
I got my car steering is not accurate and when I turn it left or right it is not responsive, I feel there are a lot of play(spongy?) and not tight again.
at straight run the problem is not visible but at high speed turn it is become a problem.
which I must changed? rubber guibo? plastic bush? or?
I have check the rubber guibo it is not broken but when I shake it likely become soft and not tight.
I have buy the rubber guibo and the small plastic bush to replace it, but I need some opinion which other parts should I check when I replaced the rubber guibo?
some brief story, I got this problem after I changed all my tyre with the new one 195/65/14

If your rubber guibo is in good condition, the next thing is to check the geometry. If you have too much "toe out" then you will have this kind of problem.
If it helps, this kind of steering is known as "vague" steering, and if you can move the wheel a lot with no response from the wheels then this is called "play". That will help you when you search the Technical forum

hello, grrrmachine
as your suggestion I take my car to tyre shop to check all track rod and ball joint parts also steering joint, but there are no play.
so I decided to re track the tyre.
it slightly out of range, toe out 2 degree from standart, so I make aligment.
I haven't make road test but I feel now the car pull a little to right direction.
tomorrow will check again on high speed road

Can I adjust the steering rack so it will tight enough, without any little play in the steering?
or should I replace steering joint column? or rubber guibo?
thank you in advance

Thanks my car has fixed from vague steering, you are correct.
But I feed that my steering also has a lot of play, so i will change the steering column, bush and rubber guibo.
