Trying to write the Wiki article on this since there have been a few posts recently with older engine problems, but I've fallen at the first hurdle.
The forum and the Bentley manual make lots of references to L-Jetronic, but then say "changes were made" including the removal of the 7th injector and the water-powered air valve. And all the ECU codes listed in the Wiki are actually for LE-Jet, not L-.
So what's the difference between the two systems, and which cars were fitted with which system?
And don't get me started on K-Jet...
