OMG! What has happened to all the e34's? Im looking for a 535i sport and there are none! I can't even find any 525i sports. Where are they all? Piston heads, autotrader, eBay- all next to useless.

they will all have been crushed cos of easily repairable rust in the sills.they are worth nothing financially but ive had one as my daily driver coming up 11 years. a 91 525 24v,still drives ok but starting to get a bit shabby here and there.lived outside all the time too.its a real shame they arnt appreciated more.i worked on brand new cars and it still didnt feel like an old shed in comparison.i still enjoy driving it now.

I had a m50'd 525 and I loved it. I wish I still had it, I got a e38 728 at the moment which is one of the best cars I've had, but it just doesn't feel the same as my e34 did- that car made me grin every time I got in it whether I had a bad day or not, the grin factor was immense! Now I wanna taste the 535 flavour but as I said I just can't find one anywhere so your probably right!

in the last year i have sent an old m20 f reg 525, a 3 litre v8, a 1.8 and a 2.0 m50 touring to the scrappy,
the 1.8 suffered sill and rear axle rust
the v8 was stripped to pieces after running out of mot
the touring was hit by a lampost
and the old 525 well we had it 17 years 12 of them lying at my mates farm dying a slow rat infested death
always been an e34 man but after losing my poor touring picked up a mega cheap solid e30.

I didn’t say it was a good one just that it was an e34, iv never owned one but i was in one when my friend floored his coming through kidderminster ringroad and ended up in the barriers, to be fair seemed well built, destroyed most of the barriers and we drove the e34 away

Picked up 520i 79,000 on the clock from ebay recently.
£410 well pleased with it.
Old BMW's never die sticker on the bonnet on the above car.
