what sort of milage is normal to clean them. someone told me every 10k miles. and what do you use to clean yours?

Fairy in a bucket. Then rinse leave to dry and oil.
M30 Tech 1 Touring on gas.

Any airfilter anti dirt oil or clean it every couple of k.

o/e box is better btw. Unless you have a very worked on engine gasping for air top end.
