What are the last parts in this pic? I think the black o ring is for the thermostat? What about the other parts?

the red one looks like the seal that goes behind the retaining collar/plate on the the cam shaft.

The ali washers i think, are for the sensors, temp, oil.......

Cool thanks. Also in the set with the valve stem seals were 3 oranges tube things, what are these?

They go over the stem of the valve as you push the seal on so it does not get damaged by the collett grooves
