will these tyres fit?

i have 7j 15 rims and been offerred 205 50 15 tyres,

i have 2 pirrelli 180 60 15 on at the moment and the y look stretched

will the 205 50 15 fit a 7 inch wide rim?

Yup, should do no problems. 205/55s look better IMO, but I ran 205/50s without problems cause they were cheap. The speedo will be slightly out though, although not too much to worry.

I run 205/50/15's on the front and 205/55/15 rear of mine and they look good to me...

205s on 7" rims are fine. 185s probably invalidate your insurance.
