Got the new car today but the hazards arent working. I pushed the switch in, there was a slight buzz from behind the dash and then nothing. Is there a relay for this or a reason it has done this?

Do the normal indicators work OK? Try swapping the hazards switch for the one from your donor car. If you need one, I have a spare available.

Yeah, they work normally. Just swapped the hazard switch and still no luck.

Got it sorted, took the driver's door card off to fix the door lock and had a fiddle with the sensor and locking motor and with abit of messing around its cured it. So i got the central locking and hazards fixed.

Congratulations!

I don't quite see how fiddling about with the door electrics would affect the hazards though... :?

Nor do i, i played with the micro switch and motor and everything started working again. There might have been moisture in the car but the central locking started to play up again last night. The central locking module started to buzz and nothing would lock. Not too sure what it is but i've got my mate to have a look at it later as he thinks it might be something to do with the Autowatch alarm.

Aye, a dodgy alarm could well affect both central locking and hazard lights.
