Hello peeps can anyone help? Every so often when i brake and turn the indicator on to turn right the check control panel lights up and informs me a brake light is out. The brake lights are fine and this goes away once you turn the ignition off then on again untill the next right turn. Any ideas?

dodgy earth on the back lights ?

I had exactly the same problem on old 320i, it turned out to be the additional wiring/buzzer added in the rear for the factory towbar.
Might be worth just removing the earth for each of the rear lights and just brushing them up a bit.
