Clutch thrust bearing?
Dunno if it gets worse I'll hand it over to a man in the know... he suggested thrust bearing too fingers crossed it doesnt get worse too quickly

I'd say clutch thrust bearing too, only thing is, generally if the clutch release bearing is going, the clutch will be also getting to quite a worn stage too, as they are generally designed to last around the same amount of time as each other. not always, but alot of the time.
