driveshaft/clutch clunking?

I don't know is this common for these cars but loads of E46 I've driven don't have this issue.
Anyway, when I lift clutch to the bite point and give it slight gas and moving If I not lift it up full it starts to make noise under car like loud ''tktktkt'' and when I press it quickly down I can hear ''clunk''.
This means I can park in reverse only when I hit the pedal above 1500rpm or very very slowly and gently work with clutch.
Clutch replaced last year, in normal driving no clunks, shifts smooth...

have you check the propshaft donuts?...also check the sub frame bushed, odds are one or both are worn or split.
