The spring platform on my strut is holed with rot and I have purchased replacement strut casings.
I had hoped to be able to remove the cartridge from the old into the new but have a horrible feeling that the originals wont have a cartrige, will this be the case ?
I want to avoid buying new inserts as im boaking at the money that this turd is costing me. I just want to get through an MOT in the short term and the suspension works fine.
