Master Cyl and Slave replaced but Clutch still not right ...

Just replaced my Clutch Master and Slave with new ones and bled the system with easibleed. Now when getting in the car the clutch pedal seems to have no resistance till half way down, then works. Pumping it a few times wakes it up and it seems fine untill the car is left for a while whereupon it has no resistance till halfway down again. I've tried bleeding it manually as well and it bleeds fine but makes no difference to the problem. Does anyone have any ideas as i'm totally stumped ? ps I've checked the flexi at the gearbox end and it's not that old.
