anti roll bars

now i have a set of eibach anti roll bars and they are adjustable, now which holes make it stiffer ? as the front you have 3 holes and same for the rear...

any help would be great as i have them in the middle at the moment

The holes nearest the end of the bar will make it softer, the further in you go, the stiffer it will be
