This is for my bike, but same principle and there are some very knowledgeable guys in this section...
My new KTM has been converted to a supermoto. Front brake does a brutal job at stopping it however the M/C is the stock enduro/mx size (standard caliper) and as a result has a long pull so you won't lock up easily on the loose stuff. I want the lever to be a lot sharper/less pull. Would I need to upsize or down size the M/C?
Cheers
Do I need a larger or smaller M/C

Bigger so that you push more fluid for the same movement.

Don't forget that this will mean you have to pull harder on the lever.

That's not a worry. It slows down fast enough to hurt/get the front wheel chirping at the moment, just requires a really long pull and is lacking feel. I like a nice firm lever. I'll throw a 6 pot on the front for next year when I have the spare cash
Oh and been looking through the powerparts catalogue, standard m/c is 10mm, have a choice of 12mm or 16mm so will probably go for the 16mm and see how it goes
