Yes :D

A grinder and some VERY gentle use will get it off easily.

Best option for replacement is genuine E30 M3 bushes

Part no: 31 12 9 061 222

Not sure how much they are but less than £40 iirc

Or fit cheap ones and regret it 6 months later when your changing them again!

Not only possible, but preferable.
The car should be dropped back onto it's wheels within a few minutes of the bush being fitted on the pin, so that the bush rotates to normal ride height position before the non permanent lubricant dries out, locking the bush to the pin.
Undo the bots holding the lollipop to the chassis rail, then jam a piece of wood between the arm and the car body to force it down as far as it will go and prevent it moving around, then cut through the rubber of the bush using a hole saw or a craft knife, depending on how far gone the old bush is.
there is a steel bush around the wishbone pin, with about 1mm of rubber between the two. Remove the rubber on the outside of the steel bush, then grind through it along its length, taking care not to go right through the 1mm of rubber underneath and damaging the pin.
A similar technique can be used on the outer ring of the old bush in the lollipop - remove the surplus rubber, then grind or saw nearly through the outer ring, until it collapses on the saw cut, and can be pushed out. Alternatively, take the lollipop and old bush to someone with a press, get the old bush pressed out, and the new one in.
Make sure the wishbone pin is clean, lubricate the pin and the centre of the new bush with a 50:50 mix of water and washing up liquid, and push/twist the lollipop and new bush onto the pin by hand.
