Hi,

I've just got my first E30 and part of the plan is to convert it to run on LPG as I'll be doing quite high mileages and a 325 isn't the most economical car.

I've searched for all the previous stuff about LPG conversions and I have a couple of questions.

1) Where's the best place to purchase a kit. I've looked on ebay but there isn't any there at the moment that I can see. I've found the following:

http://www.navitron.org.uk/autogas.htm
http://www.lpgkitdirect.co.uk/

has anybody tried either of these - or otherwise where would you recommend?

2)Does everyone here run open loop systems?

Thanks - I'm sure I'll have more questions soon!

There's the possibility of a group buy, if you look in the appropriate forum.
Wouldn't advise running open loop. Pay the extra Ԛ£100 for a Leonardo closed loop set up.
Been running this set up on my wife's 325 touring for four years or so now with no probs.
