whats all this about the IS being a baby m3, isnt that like comparing a sierra sapphire cosworth to a ghia. i just dont get it???

Even one of the chemical brothers had an is,thats where they got there "galavanise" tune from!

Galvanising is where the metal is zinc coated to prevent rust, I deliver stuff to a local galvanising place for Progress rail. Was going to get price to get few parts done on my rebuild :) .

does the galvanisation of the IS add weight, from what iv read the 318IS is heavyer that the standard 318, is that correct :D

It will be mate, the is has a 16v lump and fatter front struts for starters!
